It has been a crazy busy week and I’ve not had time for posting though there has been a lot I want to post about. We had an incredibly fun Halloween here as we started our Nightmare Before Halloween theme. So, I plan to try and get a few of the things I want to share up today between the laundry and the cleaning and boring stuff. Forgive the onslaught! 🙂
Let’s start with what’s for dinner this week. We are in the beginning of what I have dubbed the “Month from Hell”. Kids are in production week for their school musical, they are also rehearsing for their band trip to Disney World over Thanksgiving, practices for speech team, IMEA Music Festival is this weekend and when they get back from Disney they jump right into show week for Madrigals in which the dear son plays the Jester! To top it off, the school football team has made it to round two of the play-off games. If they win tonight there could be at least one or more performances for the band. It is the goal of the hubs and I to just be standing when December 1st arrives!
So, here’s what’s on Momma T’s table this week:
Monday: Pork Schnitzel get’s moved here from last week’s menu as tonight the kids won’t be home for dinner. Serving it up with noodles and roasted cabbage from my garden!
Tuesday:Dear Daughter’s Sweet 16th Birthday. Unfortunately she’s not home for long but we’re making her favorite! Chicken Pot Pie!
Wednesday: :The Pioneer Woman’s Steak Fingers with Country Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Corn and Salad
Thursday: French Bread Pizza and Salad
Friday: Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce and green beans
Saturday: Chicken Teriyaki for Two
Sunday: Dear Daughter’s Sweet 16 Party: Pizza and sweet treats!
Have a great week! Eat something delicious!
